Return and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds with the exception of damaged goods.
  • If an item arrives damaged, a replacement can be shipped. Please include name, order number and photos to show damaged item(s).
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. (International orders may ship DHL, UPS or FedEx)
  • To track your order, visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided. Or select tracking link inside shipping email.

Order Updates

  • All order updates, including confirmation and shipping details, are sent via email.
  • Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you receive our communications. If you do not see an email, please search your email for "Truly Locd Collection” to locate it.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business/working day. This excludes Saturday and Sunday. Exact delivery dates may vary depending on your location and when the order ships out.
  • Orders may ship sooner or same day depending on when order is placed.
  • While we strive to adhere to our 5-7 business day shipping policy, there may be rare occasions when we exceed this timeframe.
  • As a rapidly growing small business, we are continuously improving our systems and fulfillment processes to better serve you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these transitions and work to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Thank you for your support!
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other unforeseen circumstances once your order has been shipped and handed off to USPS.
